I think you give the Russian mob to much credit. I agree they are a big factor but the Israeli lobby in congress has tremendous sway. I want to know who is behind the UN Agenda of genociding billions of people. Guess it is all the elite groups working for the same end. Then after the genocide they will start eliminating each other.

When you see this common purpose across ostensibly diverse cultures and polities, it is because there is a single culture and entity that all these disparate groups are in. Whatever it is called, it is necessary to reckon it's purposes as a synthetic entity. I can't think of one that better unifies and describes the purposes of that entity than the Russian mob, because that appellation encapsulates the fundamental unifying feature of all the institutions and polities, which is bullying, bribing, and blackmailing child molesters elevated to high office by AIPAC, Chabad Lubavitch, and Mossad, all of which are primarily composed of ethnic Russian, and closely related, criminals.
One of the reasons this is difficult to understand is the common practice of Israelis changing their names, as every PM Israel has ever had has done. This is also true of emigres of this derivation generally, across the West.
Because of the nature of this entity it's members are primarily dark triad, narcissistic, psychopathic, and Machiavellian. They aren't capable of creating a society that protects children and puppies, but their derangement causes them to secretly scheme to become The Overlord of all while working together to create the world in which that overlord will rule. None of them will acknowledge and address this inevitable competition because doing so reveals their intentions. Neither will it only happen after that genocide is complete, because the second one that makes a move to rule them all is the first loser.
There will be increasing chaos and fracturing of the schemers as conditions for civil society worsen, because that will increasingly become opportunities to remove competitors for power over all.
