Appreciate the explanation @steem-ua; it's an exciting initiative... still trying to understand all the bits and pieces.
I have noticed that on some posts, there is a comment by @steem-ua, sharing the poster's and the post's rank, but not on others. I thought this was maybe related to the highest ranked posts/posters in the Steemit ecosystem, but earlier today I came across one where the poster was ranked 20000-something. What's the common thread there?
