Develop a multi-layered system of platform participant reputation rating: Implement a system of rating advertisers and publishers, which will be stored in the blockchain along with the full history of their operations, to prevent fraud and to enable a mechanism of dealing with the most trustworthy partners.

The application of blockchain allows Ubex to use a Pay-Per-Result operating model.
