Excellent observation! It is actually done in Lightwave 3D. There was no use of photoshop. The background photo is a digital image from a cell phone. The light source is very difficult to get right because the reflections raytraced are from more than one copy of the photo and it adds third and fourth light source in the reflections. Someone such as yourself that really looks carefully can easily find the reflection flaw which gives it away. Thank you for taking on the challenge. Well done!
