Good evening all my fellow steemians, @mwesigwaboaz, it was today when i was discussing with one of my colleage@jaraumoses and we were sharing on a concept why some people tend to loose interest after they have joined steemit and others even quit.
We derived on particular ideas why this happen that people are always loosing interest after they had joined steemit, and one of the reasons we came up with was that most people come with the intention of making money very fast and when this does not happen or come to pass, such individuals lose the interest of being on the platform.
One writer wrote and said, Rome was not built in one day, this clearly tells us things take time, which most newbies on steemit would not love to listen to at any single minute.
Most people forget that steemit is basically a blog platform where people tend to write down their differnt ideas, share information and appreciate each others writings, and we all know that even in business before you start gaining profits from a business that one may start one has to first make friend and know the market base that these people are the ones to support them in their businesses.
I personally foe the first few weeks i started writing and posting on this platform, i basically made no money on each and every post that i made, but since i didn't join with an intention of making money, this has motivated me to keep active on this forum.
I lastly conclude by arguing all the newbies on this platform not to only forcus on making money but to write meaningful pieces that will inform or even educate others.

Thank you for the content. It's difficult but if we forget about the possible amount of money to earn and focus in the other aspects we are going to be OK. In the worst case scenario this is the only place where you can host a blog for free. Only that makes all the difference.
