The problem is "real estate"
The idea that we can lock up the land to the richest, or those with the most power.
The problem is the banksters have this scheme, where they get a house, and then "sell" it back to the people with a mortgage. (bankster creates money out of thin air, the people pay it back with their lives)
The banksters also play the other side, making sure not enough houses get built.
This cannot be solved while banksters still exist.
