Hello Steemian uloggers......here is a steeming hot noodles in buffalo stew. A very good noodle soup that I usually eat at breakfast here in Calapan City.

There in the kitchen is a big cauldron full of hot soup and in that pressure cooker is the carabao meat.

There is the noodles or the pansit sariwa that is used for the "mami".

There are the condiments and hot sauces once the soup is done and the kalamansi to add sourness to the soup.

There it is steaming hot noodles soup with carabao meat and shallots and an egg on the side.

I prefer it with lot of chillies and hot sauce that will really make you perspire eating it. It is so yummy that I usually asked for a second round of soup and eating it with a bread.

This look and will taste good.
Its similar to Nigerian pepper soup noodles.
