Hello my ulog friends,
What sort of things do you collect or things you could not throw away and let go off? You could be like me who disposes the things that no longer serve their purpose except for these cell phones on the photo.I do not use all of these phones although most of them are still working fine. The outdated ones, no one wants them so I just kept them until I had this little collection.
You are familiar with some of them I know. Could be one of these models was your very first phone. I was looking for my charger and saw this box filled with these old phones. I stopped and looked then touched each of them. Although I wanted to throw half of them I just can't. Part of me says clutter and another part says beautiful memories. These are the only physical mementos I have for my journey in life. Happiness, challenges, success name it these phones served as the witnesses and means. I sat for a few minutes and recalled every fond memory each phone brought back. It felt good really. One phone reminds me of a place we lived in before, the other tells about memories regarding my kids. There are lots of them to write here. I gave them a few more minutes then put then back to the drawer, I feel revived going back to those memories. Now that we are experiencing some challenges in life, these phones keep me going with all the nice things of the past. Those are the only things I have and hold on to if I need a boost.

Hey, I keep my old phones, too! When I hold them it's like muscle memory in my hand. Almost all of my old ones are broken, but a couple were upgrades or switching carriers and I couldn't use the old phone.
