I just saw this fruit from our backyard so I pick it up. We have a plenty of pineapple around our house, my father used to plant this when I was a kid, up to now cause we love to eat pineapple..

Pineapple support our immune system, it is also has a dietary fiber which keeping our intestines healthy..
