Lots of work needs to be done and this past few days, I personally apologize for not keeping you guys posted. I really needed to work overtime since we are preparing for major events hosted and organized y our office.
But anyway, I got the chance to take a few minutes break during lunch and I have decided to visit my husband. His office is just a few blocks away from our office wherein you can opt to walk under the tree canopies and enjoy the breeze.

Luckily, it was not to hot nor rainy. We had our lunch together and on my way back to my office, I gazed upon the green grounds of my hometown. Despite those toxic work, this kind of simple unwinding moment truly helps to refresh my soul.
Nice isn't it? It is not really a garden or so but these lush greens relaxes my eyes and gives me that kind of feeling which relieves my stress for a while.

The topic discussed to us just recently on our Church Service was about the things we do and don't see. A citation says that (Heb 11:3) was is seen is not made out of things that are visible and it truly speaks a lot. :)
Now back to that feeling on natural landscapes-- have you heard about negative ions?

This is one of the reasons why we tend to feel that relaxing mood every time we visit a natural landscape. It is beneficial to our health. Just imagine those lush greens, or the echoes of the waves from the sea with its misty breeze... Aside from the fact that you can enjoy the view, you will eventually realize how great His creations are, and how we are so blessed to have these. :)
