Life in the province is quite simple. You can smell fresh air. You can see lots of green trees and plants. Leave the hustle and bustle of the city.
We were not allowed to take a bath in the house of my mother-in- laws wake for there is a belief not to take a bath or wash clothes in the house where laid the dead's body. It is said that will bring bad luck. So, we decided to take a bath away from the house.
We went to the house far from it and there we took a bath and washed our clothes. After that the owner Tiya Masing said that she had a mango tree which bear some fruits.
She let us get some mango in her backyard. So we were excited to get some mango.
This was my first experienced in harvesting ripe mango. We were able to get plenty of it. The mango is green but it is sweet.
I had a lot of fun getting those mango fruits. It was very challenging but worth while. Thanks for reading.
