Most of us worry about tomorrow and lament of the things that happen in the past.
On these you cannot do anything! You cannot control tomorrow and you cannot bring
back what happened in the past.

What you have control now is your present, your today! You can decide to be happy and be grateful.
Appreciating what you have now. Your food, shelter education or work. Your cellphone load!

Get a piece of paper and on one side, write all the things that you don't have. Now on the other side, write all the things that you have. Now you be the judge...
