This is the point in my life where I stopped waiting for superheroes to fight and save us. I stopped hoping that one day someone's gonna change the world, and these villains would be punished for the injustices they've done to the helpless. This is where I stopped believing that what-goes-around-comes-around, because the truth is, it isn't gonna happen. It's not a Kaleidoscope world.

If you see someone who needs help, ask them what you can do. Exhaust everything you can to help this person. Don't ever think that someone's gonna be there for them anyway. If all of us will have that kind of mentality, we will all end up not doing something.

Create the change you wanted to see in this world, because nobody else cares enough or has the courage to do so.

It takes an altruistic and brave heart to stand up for others, and fight for their rights. Most of us will complain and rant everyday, but it all ends there. We do nothing not because we lack the capabilities to do something but because we are all big COWARDS.

We're too scared to step out from our comfort zone and not willing to go through hell for us to see the change we're dreaming. We close our eyes, we cover our ears, we shut our mouth, we try to live our lives tolerating all these bullshits.

You know what? Do not blame anyone. Do not blame the government. Do not blame the politicians. Do not blame those bitches and bastards that you know are doing dirty works. Blame yourself. Despite knowing what they did, we chose to shrug it off. We are all responsible for this mess.

Look around. Think. I'm pretty sure you know what I'm saying.

Some people walk away because they can't stand it. They can't stand the crab mentality, greediness, deception, lies, arrogance, egocentricity, humiliation, and injustice. Some people chose to stay. They gave up the better life that awaits because they can't abandon it just like that. They fight and put their lives at risk so others will be able to receive what is truly for them. Sadly, they are one in a million, very rare kind of people. They are also scared, but they chose to be brave, unlike us.

But these guys need back up. They can't win this battle through our cheers. They need us to drop our fears, grab our courage, put on our faith and be with them in the battlefield. I know, we are all scared. It can get real messy. This will cost us our comfort, our careers, or even our lives. If we are lucky, we will be victorious or if may balat tayo sa pwet things might not favor us, but what matters is we tried.

Yep, this day deserves a coffee crumble. 💙
