It's the event that everyone has been waiting for, the company Town Hall and rewarding the best performer for the last month, plus additional dance entertaiment and loyalty award.
The event was hosted by our talented and funny duo of KC and Japoks where they started the program with the introduction of the Town Hall Session and what its all about.
Our Big Boss gave his opening remarks and inspirational speech that will make you up on your feet with the upcoming and exciting future of our department.
To give delight and amusement to the audience, intermission number comes next where all the managers dance to 3 different music that makes the audience run wild... They were surprised to see their managers dancing and showcasing their hidden talent. The room was full of cheers from the great audience. Incidentally, I am part of that group.
Then our Director gave his outstanding speech that will make you happy and satisfied with your job, how the account started and the challenges it face along the way and becoming tirumphant in the end. He also answered some questions from the audience and lay down the plans for the program which are all very exciting and you can't wait to happen.
Of course we also rewarded our top performers from the previous month and gave them their certificate of recognition plus 1000 Sodexho GC.
A brand new jacket was given away as a loyalty reward for those employees on 5 years and above. This handful employees are some of the pillars of our company.
You will feel the energy in the room and all positive vibes from the employees as we all know what to expect in the coming months.
And lastly, we treat our employees with a little snack (toasted siopao and cold drinks) where they enjoyed a lot. We gave out 2 pieces of toasted siopao each employees plus cold drink. Some manages to sneak our extra siopao and they loved the taste.
It was a night with full of fun and everybody has a smile in their faces right after the event. It was very meaningful at the same time our employees are very happy which is the most important in the event.
