Ulog cuote #2 Puedes beber de la fuente pero no te olvides de llenarla de agua nueva / You can drink from the fountain but do not forget to fill it with new water.

in #ulog6 years ago (edited)

Every time I start a new activity every day in my office, one of my routines is to turn on a source that is in the entire entrance door just two steps away, I reload the water that has evaporated and when I want to have some very particular concentration I am watching how the water moves and I hear the pleasant sound that the water produces, it is truly relaxing.

When you need water it seems to remind you that the engine makes a different noise, that's what you want to talk about today with my ulog quote # 2.

My appointment today:

You can drink from the fountain but do not forget to fill it with new water

What is behind the appointment?

This quote is applicable to many areas of life, such as health, finances, relationships, and many more, I will discuss only one to serve as an example, health. If we have good health and abuse it, we do not eat properly, we live in a permanent race to earn a living, we do not stop to rest, that source of vital energy is wearing out, we get sick and can die, as well as thesource warns with the noise of the engine, the body warns with symptoms that it is time to stop and recharge the source.

Life is the most valuable treasure we possess, we tend our bodies every day, aware that each cell, each tissue, each organ, each system requires our love and care.
