Wow such a great post. I am currently holding a 50 push up a day challenge and I have loved it thus far. I have been doing 50 or more push ups for over 92 days now and I have seen the results. I have learned that you don't need weights or fancy equipment to ensure you get a great workout. I have seen major gains in my arms, chest, and shoulders, since I first started this challenge. I am glad to see their are other on the Steemit platform that are dedicated in improving their own health.
