Hello, friend, all of you, today, I'm @siffahsb will cook in the kitchen, and I will try to cook rendang beef.
This post is my first post on #ULOG.
Okay, we just prepare the ingredients for cooking.

Material:
1 or 1 / 2kg of meat
1 pack of coconut milk

Seasoning:

  1. 8-seed garlic
  2. 6-seed red onion
  3. Characteristics of 6 seeds
  4. Sufferers to taste

  5. One pack of rendang seasoning
  6. Galangal
  7. Turmeric to taste

How to cook:

  1. Wash the meat clean ... until there is no blood coming out.
  2. Cook the water in the presto pot after boiling the meat. Cook the meat for a while so it won't be hard to cut it into a boil first.
  3. Cut the meat according to taste.
  4. Peel the kitchen spices and wash thoroughly. Blend the spices except lemongrass and galangal (I use my hands ... The seasonings are tender until smooth using the food / cowe) without a blender
  5. Saute smooth spices and add galangal and lemongrass, stir-fry until fragrant / cooked ... (add lots of oil so that the seasoning is perfect)
  6. Give a little water, add the stirring until evenly distributed.
  7. Insert the stir-fried meat in the pan to the presto pan
  8. Add a little water, cook 30 minutes until cooked ...
  9. After the sauce is reduced, enter the coconut milk (I use it)
