Today I want to share my own video whi'le I practice to make handfulled noodles. Whi'le I braektime I always practice to make noodles to become better and to master it. Many people say that it's to easy to do this kind of technique in making noodles . But in my own experience it is not easy it's to defecult to do. It's need a focus ,concentration and dedication for making this. In Philippines was a few numbers of people doing this technique in making noodles.
And this technique was very unique. In other countries this technique in making noodles was very popular . That's I amazed and courage to study this technique and add to my knowledge ang apply to my cooking skills..
