I've been patiently waiting for my UPX to build up large enough for me to purchase a new property and today I was finally able to get one.
I think it took 5-6 days or so this time, maybe a full week, but I just added this property to my collection in Kansas City.
Through patience, my Kansas City portfolio is finally beginning to grow a bit here.
