CoinMe has deployed their ATMs in 39 locations in the U.S. and quickly expanding. They are currently holding an ICO for UpToken which will provide rewards for users of the companies ATM machines.

GeekWire reports that Sidney Rice, a former NFL player, has participated in the ICO, since CoinMe has deployed one of their Bitcoin ATM machines in a Drip City coffee shop location in Seattle, which Sidney owns.
