美国政治庇护法基本介绍:


基本要求：


如果你害怕返回原居国后将会有起码10%的机会，


1.因种族、

2.国籍、

3.政治

4.宗教信仰/活动，

5.或是身为某社会团体成员而受到迫害，


那么你符合在美国申请庇护的资格。


迫害指的通常不仅仅是骚扰而已。


坐牢、逮捕、殴打、酷刑、强制堕胎、绝育或者高额罚款等都可以构成迫害。


有一点非常重要，所有的庇护申请都必须是真确的。



提出不实的申请，


后果会导致永远无法获得任何移民的福利，


还可能被刑事起诉。
