What is USAT

USAT used to manage the points are cumulative and loyalty programs. Analyze a large number of loyalty programs of different use of points, which the developer does not find a good app. This leads to direct damage to the user, as well as loyalty programs are not successfully implemented and increase the liability of the company.it offers a solution to the problem with blocking technology. Due to the low transaction cost and high security, USAT convert the score to a token USAT (USAT) and give the user the loyalty program.

The company has the support of the government. The USAT solar wind project is supported by LNP and is supported financially;

The company has tangible assets. Most other state offices exist only in the digital world.

The company is supported by AIHEM and its member reputation: respected universities and organizations, or members of the renowned scientific community.

Use of Funds

Transparency and integrity are at the centre of USAT Inc. as we are subject to regular government reporting which is required for all non-profit organisations registered in Australia. We are also committed to maintaining this ethos with participants of the ICO. The total amount of funds expected to be accumulated during the Distribution Period are planned to be allocated as follows:

ICO

USAT Inc. has a guaranteed product pipeline that generates revenue. Because USAT Inc. is a non-profit organization, legally everyone who is just to access into the organization. The funds that during ICO will be used for project, development and implementation of USAT platform projects and to drive demand for tokens.

USAT tokens are joint ownership tokens of all current and future patents stored in the USAT Inc. IP repository. The USAT Token holder is the owner of some of these patents.USAT tokens are used in all transactions between the United Scientists Association of Technology Inc. and third parties, including the IP acquisition of the inventor and IP or the sale of the product to non-governmental buyers.ICO currently involves USAT Inc. issued 1.525 billion USAT Tokens as joint ownership tokens of all current and future patents and trade secrets stored into the USAT Inc. IP repository. All available USAT tokens will be issued during the ICO distribution period. This token issue will be a one time operation and no additional publishing is available for USAT Token.

The USAT Token distribution

The available tokens i.e 1.525 billion USAT tokens we are distributing all of them fairly, along with holding an ICO. 50% of the tokens will be allocated for the public sale via smart contract and private distribution. 35% of the USAT tokens will be allocated to the USATs growth and development which will include the hiring and management of the team and legal. It will also include marketing and advertising. The final 15% of the tokens will be reserved for the private allocations.
