Having a huge number of followers does not guarantee for a high UA value.
The UA of an account divided by the number of accounts, it is following, is passed to its following accounts.
So follow me and I follow you does not work, as an account gives linearly less UA to its following accounts when he follows more and more accounts.
We are working on countermeasures to detect and neutralize follow rings. When A follow B and B follow A, this can be easily detected and such "follow ring"-follows will be removed for UA calculation. This is done without any manual involvement and when A and B starts following other accounts, their UA blockage will be removed.
I'm also working on an inactivity factor (no vote or post/comment within 30 days) that will move parts of outgoing UA of inactive accounts to null.
Meaning one can simply increase one's UA-increment by just unfollowing enough accounts...
Das würde ja bedeuten das die Rep nach solch einer Brechung dann auch nach unten gehen kann wenn man Follower verliert. Würde dann bei null für alle angefangen werden ? Denn wenn ich weiß das solch eine Berechnung bald kommt könnte ich ja "vorsorgen" 4-5 Gewinnspiele in einer Indischen Gruppe und ich habe 10.000 Follower die sogar halbwegs aktiv sind :)

Die Maßnahmen reduzieren niemals die UA für einen Account selber, es wird nur die Möglichkeit eingschränkt UA an andere Accounts weiterzugeben. Nehmen wir an A folgt 10000 Accounts und A hat ein UA von ua_A. Jeder der 10000 Accounts bekommt ua_A/10000 von A ab.
Wenn jetzt A inactive wird oder die Follow-Ring-Detection anspringt, behält A sein UA von ua_A, aber die Accounts denen A folgt verlieren jeweils ua_A/10000 UA.
Wenn ihr Euch der Sache sicher seid, dann emittiert das entsprechende SMT dazu. Dann kann jeder account entscheiden ob er sich seine rewards per STEEM oder als UA-SMT auszahlen lassen möchte.
