I actually don't think it is possible for Luna/UST to even recover anymore.
Offically the movement is dead. Maybe UST can gets it peg back one day but it dream of ever reaching the top lands is lone gone.
They even froze the chain to prevent conversion this is the approach that countries do when their stock market is in bad shape.
Yikes.
