I'm afraid you're using an old version of the app.
The guidelines state that you need to test using the latest available build, which is not 0.9.2 which is what you used
And anyhow your report is meaningless as it's obvious you didn't bother to learn what this application does. If you did you would've seen that this font size option affects only chat windows inside this chat application. It doesn't affect the menus. Only messages. Here it is working on the version you tested (which isn't eligible for reward anyway):

Clearly that feature works as intended on both version.
