CREATE A CHAT OPTION FOR odoo.com SO THAT THE USERS CAN CHAT THEIR ADMIN AND HAVE ISSUES RESOLVED FASTER AND EASIER. AND ALSO TO INCLUDE THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION.

INTRODUCTION

Good day steemians, I was running a google search, because I need a website that can guarantee me stability and then I stumbled on odoo.com.
This website allows you to streamline your operation, build stunning websites, boost your sales with their wonderful built application and host of other services.
But then, I needed to read more about the website which I did, and then I had one or 2questions on my mind, I decided to check FAQ and I didn't find one, since no FAQ, I figured it would not be much of a big deal to chat with their admin and clear my doubts. I was also not able to find that option hence this suggestion.

COMPARISON

The main steemit page has a FAQ question as indicated below

As indicated in the picture above, there's a feature for the frequently Asked Question.

And then there's another website I love so much that allow its users access to the admin easily and promptly. Below is a screenshot from the website.

As indicated above, the website has a chat now and also you get to open chat and chat with admin once displayed online.

I am suggesting that odoo.com should look into this suggestion and implement them o as to serve its members better.

I feel the FAQ feature will fit perfectly well as pictured in the picture above.

As indicated in the picture, I believe that is a strategic place to feature this feature so that members can see it easily.

CONCLUSION

Yes, communication is key and also, people need information as much as they can before they are able to make up their mind about using something. That's why I believe and know that the site needs to have a FAQ section and also have means for members to reach them quickly and easier.

I got a company and we are programming/customizing odoo, but i dont fully understand what you referring to? You want a chat from user to admin? There already is a module for that

Chat is already there - you can check it by visiting Odoo.com. It is also available for anyone using Odoo.
Chat inside of the company()Odoo is an ERP) is available - there is a tab called "Discuss".
