Expected behavior
After the user pauses the lightstreamer connection, then switches to landscape view mode. The lightstreamer connection should not restart by itself.
Actual behavior
I have successfully paused the lightstreamer connection, then switched to landscape view mode. Unfortunately, the lightstreamer connection restarts by itself.
How to reproduce
- Install and open the app.
- Click the pause icon at the top of the app.
- Double click on the shortcut icon on the left, to ensure that the lightstreamer connection has been disconnected.
- Then you have to switch to landscape view mode.
- Then you will find the problem as I have experienced. The lightstreamer connection restarts by itself.
- Browser: Samsung Galaxy S6 edge
- Operating system: Nougat 7.0
- App version: 2.2.0

However, this type of bug report is termed trivial. It does not add value to the application or the open source community.
It is a common behaviour in most android applications to reset to their default when rotated.
You are advised to improve on your reports by reporting more severe bugs.
