Locate me feature do not work

Expected Behavior

It is expected of the app that when the locate me button is clicked, it should be able to get my actual location

Actual Behavior

When the locate me button is clicked, nothing happens. It just remains on the page it is

How to produce the bug

• open the app
• Ensure your location is turned on, on your device
• click on the more option button at the top left corner
• click on the locate me button
• it won't respond

TEST TOOLS

• Operating system : Android 6.0
• Phone : Infinix hot s
• OpenvegeMap v0.7.0

A similar issue was opened here on the github repo 21 hours ago.

• You should also allow location permission for the application Phone settings- Applications permission- Open vege map- allow location access.
