Simple note
Simple note is an application used as a notepad on an android device. The simplicity of this application makes it stand out for me. Also, it has a user interface that is easy to use with few controls. Some features should have the option of modification by user of the application especially the way the notes are arranged.
Proposal
I noticed the application only has a swipe to left or right function (See image below). This swipe to left to right function will slow down users when they want to switch notes. For example, let us say I am typing on one topic and need to get a refrence from the fifteenth note on my app, I will have to swipe thirty times (15 times to the refrence note, then 15 times back to the note I was typing).
The List view feature will save a lot of stress in this situation.
I will like to suggest that List view feature should be added to the application. The List view for listing notes according to user preference (Date modified, Alphabethical order, Size etc.).
Switching and choosing of different viewing pattern is an amazing feature. The user should be able to toggle between the List view and present view (Sliding left and right).

Here's a screenshot of what a List view arranged by date modified looks like:

In the screenshot above, that the notes arranged according to the date they were modified and switching from two different notes will be easier and faster. With just one click any note can be opened.

In this image, the titles of the notes are arranged in alphabetical order. Clicking the "A-Z", the user should be able to change how it is arranged which could be according to date modified or size, this depends on the users preference.
Benefits and Conclusion
The present view can be modified, giving users the option to switch from diffent view is a very good feature for the application. The importance of this feature cannot be overemphasized. Users will be able to find any note at any point in time without getting stressed out by using the list view.
Some users prefer having their notes listed instead of swiping left and right. The application will increase in versatility and give users more freedom. The feature will give the application a much more improved outlook.
