create a Cartoon Picture (GIMP tutorial)

Hello everyone..!!!
today I created a tutorial how to create cartoon images through GIMP application.

  1. open the image you want to create.

  2. Create a new layer (SHIFT + CTRL + N)

  3. then select the hair section by using Free select tool (F)

  4. after that hair color with bucket fill tool (SHIFT + B).

  5. Create another new layer, Then select the part of the skin.

  6. then color with light brown on the skin.

  7. Then change the layer mode to Hard Light.

  8. then use the Paths tool (B) on the eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth.

  9. finished.
