Orgzly is an outliner app that can help you to do a number of things such as writing notes, scheduling tasks, setting tags and priorities in a very convenient way. While using this app, I saw that the app lacked the Support and Help/FAQ (Frequently Answered Question) section. Support and Help/FAQ sections assist users in finding solutions to problems they encounter or might encounter when using an app. Even though there is a Getting Started Page, this is not comprehensive enough in order for a new user to be able to utilize all the features the application is capable of.
Proposal
Support, Help/FAQ sections should be included to the Orgzly app to assist users in using the application without external help. This Support section should likewise be done in a way that users will be able to contact the app developers in order to leave comments, feedback and suggestions without leaving the app. The Help/FAQ section should contain a detailed and comprehensive guide about the use of the app and answers to possible questions users might have. This will encourage usability and improve accessibility of users. The Help/FAQ feature will help users to gain self independence and reduce stress for them in app usage.

The Getting Started Page looks like this currently.
Due to the minute information provided here, there should be an Help/FAQ page provided for users in the app. The Support feature should be added to the menu on the homepage of the app for easy access. The Help/FAQ section should likewise be added to this same menu so users will be able to find the section easily. This can be done by providing link/button as illustrated here.
Benefits
The Support and Help/FAQ sections are needed features in the Orgzly app as users will be able to get extensive help and step by step details in making use of the app efficiently and effectively. Users will also find it easy to communicate when they have suggestions or comments they would like to send to the app developers
