Add Watch on tv feature

DTube is a decentralized streaming video platform linked to Steemit (the decentralized social media) which allows users to upload videos easily and make money (or cryptocurrency) through the upvotes on their post.

Proposal

I want to propose that developers should add the watch on tv feature as it is also applied on YouTube. This makes views easier for the users.

Mockups / Examples

I will be using the YouTube interface for the illustration
to access this feature on YouTube, you must first login, click on your avatar, goto settings then these options appear
NOTE: For this to work you must connect the tv and your device to the same wifi as instructed below
on the dtube page i suggest it should be implemented as shown below
Being shown on the first page makes it easier for users to see the feature as its not as hidden as that of YouTube.

Benefits

Helps users who are not used to watching movies or videos on small screen have an option of watching their dtube videos on their television via their devices.
