Bug Report for Busy Beta: Issue for Interesting People Feature
Intended Feature
According to recent announcement from @busy.org, there is a clear algorithm for 'Interesting People' feature. It is a list of the most resteemed authors by the user.

Actual Feature
Even though there is only one clear algorithm, I encountered two different lists. Seems two algorithms are conflicting.

I'm sure that #2 is the correct list for the most resteemed authors by myself.
How to reproduce
When you go to profile page from other page, you can see the #1 list. After refreshing the page, #2 list(with correct algorithm) comes out.
Environment
Browser: Google Chrome 62.0.3202.75 (64-bit)
OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1
