Good evening. My name is Vanya Pasheva and I am representing the $FLOW team.
Proposal:
We are proposing a new Steem bot, called Flowit bot. It is a bot, that computes flow in a directed graph of nodes ( users ), using the PageRank algorithm. Only the users with good flow will be upvoted and resteemed.
Feedback:
We would like to ask you if you have any more suggestions in connection with our idea. I am sure you are informed about the problem with one person, getting a large portion of the reward pool. This bot could be a step in the right direction.

This graph is a proof of concept for Yours.org platform ( nodes are actual user accounts, the numbers are their rank - Flow )
Benefits:
Our bot will not upvote people with not enough flow. Additional idea is that witnesses get implicit vote from every account, so their flow is big. So if a witness follows you and you follow me, my flow is bigger as a result.
What is flow?
Flow is our proposed name for the value, computed by the PageRank algorithm, that calculates weight for nodes in a directed graph.
