Yeah but those are different. Under HF20, everyone has the same rights, no? Nobody can come and say "@psos is criticising me. Let's not allow @psos to publish to the blockchain". If the top 5 witnesses wanted it, they could probably influence the rest into pushing a blacklist that contained your name in it just because you criticised the wrong person.

criticising doesn't play with blacklist.. your example is the intend of Blacklist

What, play with blacklist? What I meant was: hardcoding the blacklist into the blockchain opens the doors to foul play by the authorised blacklisters. It may not happen and I trust themarkymark, but distrust of centralised parties is essential to decentralisation.

Ok :) I think it could be inside (with any kind of hardfork approval), you don't agree. Anyway I think will not happen. Nice to talk with you ;)
