Add React components, styles, vertical rhythm and responsiveness to gatsby-starter-coming-soon

[cutemachine]

A Gatsby starter project for building a coming soon page with minimum configuration. The aim is to have a starter project for Gatsby which you can adapt by just editing a simple text file and then push the site to a web hosting service.

New Features

This pull request includes many additions to the base project.

• Build page structure through React components
• Add styles through styled-components
• Add vertical rhythm through styled-system and grid-styled
• Add responsiveness to the landing page
• Add theme support through ThemeProvider
• Add a central point to edit site data like settings and configuration
• Remove cruft like Header component
