Add feature upvote "comment"

Steemdunk is a site with very fast development, can be understood why so, because this site provides auto curation, or can be said automatic upvote. This time I want to see a new component in steemdunk, the "upvote comment" feature, so we can also give upvote to comment our favorite authors.

Proposal

My proposal to steemdunk developers is to add the "upvote comment" feature, so in addition we can upvote their posts, and we can also upvote the comments of our favorite authors.

Max daily votes

For now this feature only works to set the number of upvote posting per day, if later "upvote comment" feature is ready, then max daily votes also serves to determine the number of upvote comment. Similarly, the use of voting delay.

Benefits

The benefit, to support a favorite writer so he can grow quickly in steemit, in addition, with this feature we do not need to bother to upvote comments of our favorite authors. If you ask why not upvote 2 post in a day, the answer is, sometimes our favorite author only makes one post per day, so we will not be able to choose two postings per day.
