Korean translation for a constant expression chapter in Go Programming Language Specification

This is for the korean translation project of Go Programming Language Specification. Even the professional Go programmer, they must read specification document. Because it helps to more deeply understand the Go language itself, and makes clear its underlying concepts.

To provide a better translation in the korean Go community, we just get started to translate this spec document which is based on Go 1.9 version. For a readability, we provide the whole translation results on GitBook.

Enjoy to read it and Don't hesitate making an issue if you find out some typo or have a suggestion. We are always welcome to participate in our project.

      완료된 번역글은 https://github.com/golangkorea/golang-spec 과 연동된 gitbook을 통해서 확인하실 수 있습니다. 전체 프로젝트 번역은 50%정도 완료되었지만 약 2주정도 번역도구인 crowdin, transifex 연동 테스트에 들어간 상태라 번역이 완료된 글들은 2주 후부터 gitbook에서 확인가능합니다.
