Need for Users Feedback/Appraisal Feature in Utopian.io

This suggestion is targeted for utopian.io website.

Proposal

Appraisal is one of the methods platforms, businesses or establishments deploy to get the reactions, feelings and or feedback from their customers or users to ascertain the level of their satisfactions on feature and policies of such establishments and to also get a closer view of what users really need to add or improve on.
Utopian.io since inception has modified its features many times and as a platform designed for improvement of open sourced projects, it has become very important to know what users and contributors feel about the platform, hence the need for feedback or users assessment option to be included in the utopian.io website.
The feedback or appraisal form will be designed in such a manner that users who want to give anonymously appraisal (for any reason) and feedback will do so while users who are comfortable to reveal their identity will also be free to do so.
The suggested feature will not be a permanent feature in the website, its will be added and allowed to for a specified period of time (like one months) annually during which users will fill the form.

Benefits

The feedback and appraisal form will give the mangers of the utopian.io platform the opportunity to get first hand information from the users of the website what they feel needed to be modified or added. The feature will make users feel a sense of belonging and regarded in decision making process of the platform.
