This scammer uses the heintrain puppet account to get upvotes. The owner is tonyson4078
Their behaviour is worse because they comment on New Steemians posts, upvote themselves, but only upvote the Poster $0.01 or nothing at all. It makes Steemit look bad.
Pattern is clear. Heintrain comments. Later Tonyson4078 upvotes it by $1 or more. Doing it 10x a day or more.
