Combating these vote farms requires cooperation from Steemit Inc. since many use faucet delegations. Also, you have showcased one of 277 known networks.
If more Steemians could identify and report similar groups, it will cut down the drain on the system.

The about 4% are just the blacklisted accounts with mack-bot. I myself have two account networks in my focus which I'll investigate properly when I have the free time.
