Color picker dialog with color wheel and lightness bar this is smaple app for library.

color wheel handler color has black back bug

• NPE after set noSliders and lightnessSliderOnly bug
• Alpha slider does not change when Lightness slider move bug
• Current selected color indicator enhancement
  and some bug fixed! If you find bug report or improvmemts, please report issue on Github. I will check as soon as possible! Thanks all!
