"Sort by" feature Stops working after changing "View As" option

Expected behavior

When I change the "View As" option from List to Grid or vice versa and then try changing the "Sort by" options, I expected the app to sort the Albums or Artists based on the option selected.

Actual behavior

When I launch the app and try sorting it works find. But when I change the "View As" option either from Grid to List or List to Grid, the "Sort by" feature does not work again.

How to reproduce

  • Download the app from play store
  • Launch the app
  • At the Main Activity, click on the menu options icon
  • Click on "View As"
  • Change the current "View As" option to something else
  • Click on "Sort by"
  • From the list of options. click on any
  • Albums/Artist is not being sorted
  • Version: Version 1.6
  • Operating system: A1 Lite, Android 7.0
