Major Bug with github connect if you cancel it

In testing the bug report here I found a new but that prevents me from event using utopian, which is why I am posting this directly on steem.

This is major and easy to reproduce :

1. got to github and revoke the github connect for utopian
   
   https://github.com/settings/applications?page=1

2. Now create a post in utopian, it still shows the old git hub connect
   

3. Now click on github connect and hit back, do not confirm.

The api call that is pending is

If you follow this carefully, I posted this in steem directly because i could not post on utopian. then I posted a bug report and finally i was able to post it in utopian after the api call timed out, it took a while, finally the workaround was for an admin to remove my token from the mongo db.
