No real time effects and lack of some real time effects on Audacity

Audacity is an open source, free, audio software that is used for multiple track editing and recording. Its available for windows, macOS/OS X, Linux and other operating systems.
Its features include

1. Customizable themes
2. Record and playback of sounds
3. Scrubbing
4. Recording timer
5. Editing
6. digital effects and plugins
   and the list goes on

Problem Observed

During my usage of the audacity, i noticed that it lacked real time effects while i was recording and this means that if I am going to edit and change an effect, no sound has to be playing or recording and this means that if I am going to edit and change an effect, no sound has to be playing or recording and this means that if I am going to edit and change an effect, no sound has to be playing or recording . There was also the issue of the absence of dynamic equalizer controls such as graphic EQ or Notch filter HQ such as graphic EQ or Notch filter HQ such as graphic EQ or Notch filter HQ which was a main component of most popular Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs).

Proposed Solution

The audacity should be made in the way that you can work directly on the track while playing or recording. One should be able to drag and drop pieces into tracks, mend them together. Also, more dynamic equalizer controls should be added to the application.

Benefits

This will enable us to be able to listen and understand the extent of our Addition of these suggestions to the audacity application will greatly improve the user experience of those using the application and it can also improve its popularity also.

Conclusion

Audacity is ranked 12th among the list of best DAWs in the world and i believe that these suggestions can take it to be among the top 10
