Add Image Effect using android

What is the project about?
This project is about to make a simple and powerful image effect editor for android operation system. I want to create this project because i love to edit image, but i don't know how to use image editor software like gimp and i don't want to use social media image editor feature because that means i have to install that social media apps only for edited image. Actually, android operation system has provided edit image feature, but it only able to use in one picture, so if we want to give same effect to many image , our time will be wasted and i can guarantee that we can't give exactly same effect to every single picture. this is the github repository for image effect and this is the image effect feature list that already provided by android.
By this project, i want to make an image editor apps that has same or even better feature than social media image editor. I start created this apps with add red,green,blue,and alpha effect to an image and add save edited image feature.
Technology Stack
- Android Studio version 2.3(Recomended using latest version)
- latest Java Runtime Environment version
- minimum Android 4.1(Jelly Bean) operating system smartphone or emulator.
Roadmap
in the near future, i want to combine rgba (red,green,blue,alpha) effect inside one picture,because in this initial development, only red or green or blue or transparent(alpha) effect will be applied to picture.
and i want to fix save image method,so user still able to edit the image which is already saved when they are not exit from apps or change the picture. My Blueprint for this project is i want to add edit image feature like zoom,crop, multiple edit picture in the same time using same effect and using camera to capture picture and directly edit the captured picture. And most importantly, add your contribution to this development project, so this apps can be useful for people.

Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

Simple and common code snippets can't be submitted in the development category.
There are already many open source photo editing apps available which have more functionalities and you should look to contribute in them or try to make something which have better functionalities.
Your repository does not have a LICENSE file.
Your README is not detailed to explain about what the app is all about.
There are IDE files like .idea files which are present on your repository which should not be included in the repository, for ignoring them we can add a .gitignore. For .gitignore you can refer to this link.
