This is not an issue. These are estimates based on the price of steem. This price fluctuates all the time. If you refresh your wallet you will see the value fluctuating, even on the same site. It will probably be easier to see on big accounts.

I am aware of what you are saying. Steemit's wallet is more stable. Here is the current wallet balance display:

And this one is Busy.org wallet.
Please see for your self. This fluctuation is not happening just based on the value. How can value goes up and down so fast on one site and not so much on the other? Busy.org has higher balance now if you notice.
