The proposed ideas are cool, however, the application is specifically for zooming/cropping images without losing its original quality as described on the project's readme document. Most of the "photo editing feature" was intentionally not implemented as explained by the PO. I'd like to suggest that you clearly understand a project/app before proposing something new to it. You could find some info either on the project readme or their blog if they have one.

The PO have just messaged me about the Add text feature that it could not be implemented due to fact the application is specifically for zooming/cropping images without loosing its original quality.
But the Rotating feature could be implemented.
