Bot algorithm suggestion to prevent vote manipulation

The suggestion is about Utopian bot, the bot that votes on contribution.

Proposal

My suggestion is to add an algorithm in the utopian bot that will check the author's transfers and see if he has sent any transfers with the post's steemit link to minnowbooster or other voting bot services. If there are outgoing transfers with the steemit postlink of the utopian contribution, the Utopian bot will multiply the transfer amount into 2 and ignore that amount from the human input calculation.

This will prevent voting manipulation to influence Utopian's voting power share allocated to contributions.

Mockups / Examples

It is a algorithm suggestion therefore no visual example is available. In order to add it, Utopian would need to write a new algorithm in the Utopian bot with the proposed parameters.

Benefits

This will prevent vote manipulation and cheating.
