Expected behavior
when I'm clicking on "Upvote" I'm expecting to upvote the percentage I entered and without lags.
Actual behavior
when I'm clicking on "Upvote" it takes around a minute to proceed the upvote and sometimes making double upvotes, example:
(the second [100%] upvote was my fault because I didn't wait for the upvote to proceed but as you can see it's a double upvote.)
How to reproduce
this function should be at the actual upvote button and not in the tab but if this function cannot be there I think it just needed a better response to the upvote button because it takes around a minute to proceed and you can't know if it's actually clicked or not.
so my suggestion is to:
make the button give a popup when it's clicked to alert the user that the operation has started.
make the response faster.

Because of this, your contribution cannot be approved.
Also from your description and the images, I can only see that you have made an error when showing this issue, this should not be included in the contribution as it only provides confusion to moderators and project owners.
The image you provide also provide little to no benefit in understanding what issue has occurred, this area of the contribution should be used to add images/videos which help guide the moderator and project owners to the problem.
As mentioned you may choose to add the suggestion you mentioned to utopian via the suggestion category, If you do choose to submit this as a suggestion please ensure that this particular contribution hasn't been accepted before and that it meets the Utopian Rules. A simple copy and paste will not be enough.
